Hanalei SUP Yoga Retreats and Events
Hanalei SUP Yoga retreats combine all of our favorite things: SUP, yoga and new adventure in the great outdoors. No retreat is ever exactly the same and we’re always seeking out new places to go, from Costa Rica to Florida, Arizona and beyond, making it fun for newcomers and return participants alike.
If traveling isn’t in the cards, join us for one of our special local events such as Floating in Sound and Glow and Flow Night Class instead! And if you’re interested in a SUP yoga teacher training, we offer WPA-certified courses, too.

“Jana is a wonderful SUP Yoga teacher and retreat host who always makes your experience so special and relaxing! I went on a Florida trip to swim with manatees with her and wish I could go on every single retreat with her. They are incredible and her classes are amazing!”

“Hanalei offers a nurturing, nonjudgmental space that is perfect for anyone apprehensive about paddleboard yoga. The day retreat was very calming and well thought out by Hanalei SUP. I highly recommend this unique experience.”
— Tricia
“I really loved each of the paddles (on the trip to Crystal River)! Loved the crystal clear springs and the beautiful wildlife and foliage. Weeki Wachee was definitely my favorite and I definitely want to go back and do it again. The house was really nice and in a great location. I really appreciate all the delicious meals that you and Erica planned and cooked! Thanks for making sure there were plenty of gluten-free items for me to eat. It was an amazing 3 days! I really enjoyed the nature and the great workout. All the ladies were so nice, too. You definitely attract good women with common goals.”
