SUP Class Schedule
“On paper,” we teach stand-up paddleboarding and yoga on stand-up paddleboards to students of all experience levels. But it’s so much more than that, really!
In 60 or 90 minutes, Hanalei SUP Yoga classes provide a mini vacation from your day, where any tensions melt away through laughter, fun, challenging exercise and a peaceful environment. No matter your fitness level, you’ll leave feeling empowered, energized and more balanced.

SUP Class Descriptions
SUP Yoga Flow on Lake Allatoona and Lake Lanier
$50 for 90 minutes
The 90-minute SUP Yoga class begins with a quick lesson in SUP basics followed by paddling out to a floating yoga studio. After anchoring within a beautiful cove at the lake, you’ll do a 60-minute slow flow yoga class on the board. Each yoga session begins with centering breathwork and setting an intention followed by a variety of yoga poses, then a cool down and shavasana—undoubtedly the most peaceful moment of the day on the water—before paddling back to our launch spot. Modifications will be provided to accommodate all levels. Board and gear rentals are included but you are welcome to bring your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to get fitted for your gear and sign a waiver.
SUP Yin Yoga on Lake Allatoona and Lake Lanier
$50 for 90 minutes
Yin Yoga is a series of seated poses held longer to target the connective tissue. Yin can be meditative, helping you find stillness in the pose, reconnecting with your breath and allowing your soft tissue to release. You will feel the benefits of it mentally, physically, energetically and emotionally. The 90-minute SUP Yin class begins with a quick lesson in SUP basics followed by casually paddling out to a floating yoga studio in a calm, quiet location, and anchoring your board. Enjoy the space and time to reconnect with your inner self while reaping the rewards of being out in nature during this calming yin yoga class. Board and gear rentals are included but you are welcome to bring your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to get fitted for your gear and sign a waiver.
PaddleFit SUP Fitness on Lake Allatoona
$45 for 60 minutes
Who needs a gym? Cardio and strength training happens right here on your paddleboard. Each 60-minute PaddleFit SUP class offers interval training on the water, where you will alternate between sprint-paddleboarding and completing a set of exercises, such as squats, pushups, burpees, lunges, sit-ups and more to increase board skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. After a cooldown, we’ll float back to the marina where we launched. This weekly class is a great full-body workout that is sure to get your heartrate up and tone your body. PaddleFit accommodates all fitness levels through suggested modifications and encourages every participant to work at their own pace. You must have some prior SUP experience and know how to swim to take this class. Board and gear rentals are included but you are welcome to bring your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to get fitted for your gear and sign a waiver.
Intro to SUP on Lake Allatoona
$40 for 60 minutes
Are you new to SUP? Then this class is for you. The 60-minute Intro to SUP class focuses on the basics of stand-up paddleboarding for those who wish to improve their paddling techniques. We will cover paddle basics, turning techniques and safety. You’ll have time on the water to practice and perfect your skills, too. Board and gear rentals are included but you are welcome to bring your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to get fitted for your gear and sign a waiver.
